Cancellation & Refund

1. Reservation Guarantee
All reservations must be guaranteed with a valid credit card at the time of booking. A deposit equivalent to the first night's stay may be charged to guarantee the reservation.
2. Cancellation & No-Show Policy
Cancellations made more than 48 hours prior to arrival are free of charge. Cancellations within 48 hours or no-shows will be charged the equivalent of one night's stay.
3. Check-in and Check-out
Check-in time is from 2:00 PM. Check-out time is until 12:00 PM. Late check-outs are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
4. Child Policy
Children under 6 years of age stay free of charge when using existing bedding. Children aged 6-12 are subject to a supplemental fee for extra beds and breakfast.
5. Pet Policy
While we love animals, Coastline Bay Resort maintains a no-pet policy to ensure the comfort and health of all our guests.
6. Modification of Booking
Modifications to your stay dates are subject to availability and potential price adjustments. Please contact our reservation team as early as possible for any changes.
